The vintage goddess was smiling on me this weekend. I don't think I can completely convey the high level of adorableness this jacket/dress combo emits. I can't wait to find a place to wear it once I source beautiful buttons for the bodice and shorten the hem just a tad. Before then, I'm excited to wear the jacket open, hanging off my shoulders with a simple white tank and jeans.
Exploring the idea of unused, secret spaces. But, pink! I had to paint it pink. I was in a bit of a hurry and couldn't document the process...Next time, promise.
I finished another fabric covered journal from reclaimed materials. I still haven't perfected how to bind the pages together, but it's functional at least.
I spotted this on Queen Street West this weekend. What a brilliant idea! I hope I see more and more of these around the city. Incidentally, this ivy is the only type of plant I can keep alive in my apartment.
